Del la Cruz in Gold Canyon

When we went to sit down there was no tables wiped down or set. We were not checked on at all besides drink and food orders. And when checking out and splitting the bill, both bills had added gratuity that was more than the 10% tipping.

Great food, service and music. Had made reservations since we were a large party. We were seated promptly. Had a super Waite staff, very good will be back.

The decor is nice especially the outdoor seating. The servers seem a bit on the frantic side so it is important to know what you like because it isn't easy to catch one later. We enjoyed the food.

Was there on Saturday and it was busy but only a couple of people waiting. However they were out of chips and kept telling us they were being made, then there was no silverware and told they were being washed but then recieved plastic ware when food was delivered. Food tasted good even though it was not prepared the way we asked. Just plain poorly run. They did get us our drinks really fast, I guess that is to get you loosened up so you don't care about the rest.

This is a nice place kinda hidden in the back of the bashas mall in gold canyon. I've only had lunch there a few times over the years and never had a bad experience. Service was friendly and fast.

Great food. Home made chips and hard taco shells. The salsa was fantastic. Great service and priced reasonable. Will definitely come back when in the area

The service is horrible, we had to sit ourselves. There was only 2 other people in the restuarant. The waiter walked by 6 times before he even asked for our drink order. And the food is bland. And it took forever to get our food.

Best Mexican food in Gold canyon, in the valley for that matter. Great beer also. Love the atmosphere. Great place after a hard hike!

We really like the food, ambiance, beautiful courtyard, great view. Good service, a great place to linger. Shrimp tacos are killer, great chips and lightly fried taco shells.

They serve the best Taco Salad in Arizona!! For real!! You can chose what type of beans and meat in your salad.

Great beef tacos. Started with this and they rocked. Coming back again. A nice hot salsa would be a nice addition.

Very nice place. The food was great as well as the atmosphere. The waiter was also very nice and attentive.

My wife and I stopped at Dr La Cruz for dinner while heading towards Phoenix. Good food and service. We got fajitas and they were very good and enjoyed the chips and salsa. We arrived right at sunset and there was a great view from the parking lot. Would probably eat here again if in the area.

Great margaritas, friendly bright staff even on Christmas Eve.... enchiladas are perfect!
